September 12th “ Meals on Wheels” 
11:45 Lunch 12:30 meeting
Ballston Town Hall
NOURISHMENT we always like.
We’ll also so some LEARNING,
So we will eat our noon time meal
For food that we are yearning.

September 26th Introduction to Work Projects
We’re going to start some ACTIVITIES
To make some gifts for the Tree.
It will be nice to make things for others
And TEACH and TRAIN you and me.

October 10th Doug Hallgren – Brookside Museum
Have you been to Brookside Museum,
Saratoga County’s own?
Doug will give us an inside tour.
We’ll LEARN things we’ve never known.

November 14th WWII “Fly Girls”
We learned about the “Fly Girls”
By reading about them in the News.
They’ll ENTERTAIN and educate
And bring some flying views.

December 3,4, & 5 “FESTIVAL OF TREES”
We’ll ENTERTAIN and share,
With each and every tree.
It shows the community TALENT
That everyone comes to see.

December 12th “Thats ENTERTAINMENT”
A play about a poem
That everybody knows.
Members show their TALENT
As they are TRAINED in prose.

January 9th Covered Dish Luncheon
Do you know about Ballston History?
Muriel Swatling will tell us more.
So NOURISHMENT again we’ll have.
She’ll TEACH us the local lore.

February 13th “Creating the Life You Want to Live”
Barbara Norton will TEACH us
About how our lives could be.
She’ll suggest ways to better our lives.
We’ll LEARN things that we will see.

March 12th Arts and Crafts Contest Winners
We hope we’ll have our students
Who have been TRAINED in our school.
But just in case that doesn’t work out,
We have another tool!
We’ve heard that Susan B. Anthony
And Elizabeth Stanton, her friend
Could drop in to see us if we ask.
Of Women’s History there will be no end.

April 9th “Medical Care for our Pets”
We all know our favorite Vet.
Peter Farrell is his name.
He’ll TRAIN us how to take care of our cats
And dogs, whom we love without shame.

May 14th May Luncheon
Display of Hobbies & Installation of Officers
Here is a chance to show our hobbies,
We know our TALENT will show.
We install the incoming officers
Who’ve been TRAINED AND 
TAUGHT how to go!!

June 11th Picnic and Budget
Again we practice NOURISHMENT.
How our members love to eat.
A Budget is presented for us to vote.
And our wonderful year is complete.
